The divorce is final.  Pretty anti climatic.  I did not even have to show up.  Marie brought her secretary down to testify.  The taxpayers of Ohio thank you for her service.  Not sure how that benefits the students of Ohio Connections Academy but that is a different story.

This is my Paul Harvey moment/blog, "now for the rest of the story".  Again, the first amendment is a wonderful right and, being a lawyer, I appreciate the bill of rights.

My sons appear to have voted with their feet and spend 98% of their time at my home.  It is not my job to manage their relationship with their mother.  I have to think that they would really not appreciate it if their significant other were to cheat and breakup by email.

Thomas is joining the Marines.  I do not expect that he will return to the drama in Cincinnati. Senior year was memorable.

She got her money and she got her promotion.  I wonder if she will keep it.

She damaged her reputation and my family.  Ray Lambert was her co- conspirator.  There should be logical consequences which flow from a conspiracy.  She could play the sexaul harrassment card.

It impacts potentially four generations.  Our parents are disappointed.  I am disappointed.  The children have a whole new view of their mother, I think the word mercenary has been used.  No more family dinners or holidays together with the children.  Eventually our sons may marry and they will tell their wives what happened.  We may have grandchildren.

It seems like it was unnecessary.  If you no longer want to be married, deal with it.  Just don't lie, cheat and steal.  Again, I do not deal with betrayal well and despise undeserved arrogance and hypocrites.

I like to fix things.  I never got the chance.

I am not sure how long the statute of limitation is for betrayal.  I do not speak with Marie.

I had a conversation with her attorney.  The attorney is considering buying a new convertible.  She should have the funds to do so.

I hope her arrangement with Ray Lambert was worth it.

I am a fan of justice.  I also think things out on how they may end.  Some people are better at that than others.

Time to publish this blog.

I worked at Connections Academy full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Working at home. Most of the families were extremely nice.
Cons – Does not follow the rules of a real school. Managers promote whoever they wish as long as that person is their friend. People have high management positions with no management experience or training. Rules are made up as they go along. There is so much confusion.
Advice to Senior Management – Promote people who have experience, not just people who are "buddies." Get a clear vision for this school. Is this legal what goes on at this school? Has this school ever been investigated? They should.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Again, track the money.  How much actually stays in Ohio?  The Ohio Tax money and title funds gets siphoned off to pay for the executives in Baltimore.

What is improper influence?  I think below is a prime example.  There should be an investigation by Ohio Connections Academy, by the board or the State auditor.

Here is the purchase from Marie to Ray after the promotion and after the house hunting trips.  10 days after her review by Ray Lambert.  Ethics anyone?  I understand the Connections Academy is aware of this and that Marie Hanna sent her secretary to court on school time to testify about the timeline for her divorce but no action was taken.

I hope it is a really nice table.  I did ask for half of it back in the divorce plus whateever other gifts she bestowed.

II. Conflict of Interest

Violations of R.C. sections 102.03, 102.04 and 102.07 are first-degree misdemeanor criminal offenses, punishable by a fine of up to $1000 and/or a maximum of 6 months in jail. See R.C. sections 102.99(B); 2929.21.

Did I mention the phone?

Marie Hanna bought a disposable phone.  One of those burn phones.  While we were going through  counseling she denied having any kind of inappropriate relationship with Ray M Lambert.  She was naked in my bed when I heard an unfamiliar noise from her purse.  I found the phone.  Only one number was being called. That number belongs to Ray Lambert.  Over 54 hours of calls to that phone.

Pretty sleazy.
 

I asked her to leave immediately.  I was pissed.  The midnight walk of shame.  That was a little satisfying.

The logical consequences that follow are all self inflicted.

Fuck them both.

A few pictures were on the phone.  I would classify it as a probable sext.  She is very upset about this and claims it is not her ass.  I may let the audience decide.  Why would you have this on your phone?  There was also another photo of a hotel room.  An invitation?  From her perspective she is a cheater, liar and thief and  but not a sexter. That would be bad.

If you cheat on your cheater is that cheating?  Marie has made some references that men who take certain medications can't get it up.  I never had that problem.

A little scandal for the superintendent of Ohio Connections Academy and Charter school leader of the year.
